PremiumWear, Inc. designs, sources and markets apparel and accessories to the promotional products industry. Their Web site was plagued by poor architecture, inconsistent navigation, and conflicting identities. The problems arose from developing their corporate Web site and many brand name sites at different times by different people, all the while desperately trying to keep them all connected to each other even as they grew and changed. They knew they needed help, and when it came time to re-design the whole thing, Active Logic was there with the know-how and resources to get the job.
We developed an online identity for PremiumWear is consistent across the board for the corporate Site and all of the brand name sites while allowing enough flexibility for each brand’s site to have its own unique style. The interface has multiple navigation menu sets, which allow the users to traverse freely from one brand to another, show when they feel like shopping, or jump directly into the corporate information. Because the layout is consistent and intuitive, the users always know where they came from, where they are, and where they can go next.
